How Much Does Shipping Cost?

New Zealand: Delivery within New Zealand is $8.90; Rural rates are set at $12.90

International: All costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location. 

NZ & AU only: Free delivery on orders over $150.

All shipping options are standard Non-signature rates.

How long will it take?

We aim to get your orders out the door within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays, and sale periods). From there, it’s as follows...

New Zealand

All New Zealand shipments generally take 1-3 working days from day of dispatch.

Rest of the world

Worldwide shipments generally take 5-14 working days, depending on location.

Easy, we'll send you an email as soon as your order ships with a link to tracking info.

Our warehouse in Auckland.

Come say hey! Grab your order whenever suits you from our Takapuna HQ located at: 21 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622 

Please note: proof of purchase is required when you pick it up, orders must be collected within 14 days of order, we will contact you to arrange shipping (incl. costs) past this point. 

If you have selected the click and collect option in error, please contact us at hello@federation.co.nz to arrange shipping and cover any costs necessary. 

Some fine print on Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
