We try to make the return process quick and easy as possible.

We want to make life easier for you, so if you are near a store, you are more than welcome to drop your return in. The store can swap your item over for a different size or issue you with a credit.
Returns/Exchanges must be in unwashed/ unworn condition in the bag with all swing tags attached.
We reserve the right to decline any product we believe does not meet this criteria.
Items must be in resellable condition if they are returned.
We do not do refund unless the item is faulty.
Purchases placed online are eligible for exchanges/credits less any shipping costs, we understand you might not always get it right when purchasing online!
Our return time frame is 14 days from when you have received your item, providing the item is unworn, in brand new condition with its original packaging and tags intact. You will be able to exchange this for another size OR be credited the value back onto your Federation account.
Until the return item is received at Federation Headquarters it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace.
We offer a maximum of 2 exchanges after your original order.
Due to high demand on our products, we are unable to hold sizes for exchanges.
Also, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on accessories like necklaces, rings and earrings.
Please Note: Final Sale and OUTLET items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Our FINAL SALE items are non-refundable, and any items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible to be returned.
Items purchased online can also be returned in store!
If your item is faulty, contact must be made immediately from when the order is received. If contact is not made with-in our standard return date (14 days from when you have received your item), the return request will be denied.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then an online credit or refund will be issued.
We do not offer refunds unless the original item(s) is out of stock.
All delivery methods do not require a signature from the customer upon receipt of the parcel.
Federation accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss or damage) to you or any other person that is caused by missed deliveries or re-delivery.
