Shipping - New Zealand Shipping: Delivery to Auckland region is $7.5 Outside Auckland shipping fee is $10. International: All costs are calculated at the checkout depending on your location. We aim to get your purchases out the door within 48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays and sale periods) from there it’s as follows. All New Zealand shipments generally take 1-3 working days from day of dispatch. All NZ orders must be signed for upon delivery. Worldwide shipments generally take 5-14 working days depending on location.We'll send you an email as soon as your order ships with a link to tracking info.
Returns - We try to make the return process quick and easy as possible. Please read our below policies so you have full understanding before making an order!Items are eligible to be returned within 14 days of purchase, providing the item is unworn, in brand new condition with it's original packaging and tags intact. You will be able to exchange this for another size, another item, or be credited the value back onto your Federation account. Our items are non-refundable, and any items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Please note that for exchanges a prepaid courier ticket is required.
